Established April 1997, Medical & General Ltd is a firm of Independent Financial Advisers offering a professional financial planning service to both personal and business clients.
As a relationship orientated business we aim to provide advice and oversight for clients on a long term basis and we are certainly not paid to 'sell' products. We are compensated as a whole for our time, advice, experience, knowledge and wisdom of recommendations and if products are arranged, they are considered a mechanical implementation of that advice.
We are a member of the Sesame Network of Independent Financial Advisers, which is the largest supplier of support services to IFA's in the UK. This association gives us unique access to additional services such as a dedicated research department, which helps us to analyse, review and keep up to date with the huge array of financial propositions and products available on the market place today. For your peace of mind the Sesame network also make sure that we always operate within the Financial Services Authority (FSA) guidelines when it comes to providing suitable advice.
